Our guest today is Tonal’s Chief Operations Officer, Shannon Crespin.
Shannon is responsible for leading the company through scaling and achieving operational excellence in manufacturing, supply chain, delivery & installation, customer care, and service & repair. She brings over 25 years of experience in operations in a cross-section of industries from telecommunications, consumer products, healthcare, and medical devices.
Prior to joining Tonal, Shannon held an executive role at Johnson and Johnson where she served as DePuy Synthes Vice President of Global Orthopedics Supply Chain, a $9B franchise with over 600 brands delivering products from 250+ internal and external manufacturers.
Before Shannon joined J&J, Shannon held a number of executive roles at Medtronic where she grew several business lines over the course of 15 years serving in various VP of Global Operations roles. She graduated from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
