- Is there a discount if I sign up early?
There is! If you are one of the first 8 to reserve your spot and pay in full, you’ll have dinner with Cameron on Thursday night.
If you’re one of the first 22 people to book and pay in full, we’re paying for your 2 nights hotel in Vancouver too.
The last 28 to book will be paying their own hotel costs. We are capped at 50 attendees.
- What if I'm local and don't want to stay at the resort?
If you’re local to the Vancouver area, we still strongly encourage you to stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel – the connection time with other COOs is so worth it! You’re welcome to stay at your home and commute in each day, but you’ll lose out on that extra time.
- Where is the event?
We’ll be hosted at the luxurious Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel, in gorgeous Vancouver BC, 25 minutes from Vancouver airport.
- What is the Cancellation Policy?
All event purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued.
- Cancel before Feb 15th, 2024 - Enjoy a $2,750 credit towards a future event or annual membership renewal
- Cancel after Feb 15th, 2024 - 100% forfeiture of your event cost
That being said, with travel insurance, you can protect your investment in the event of any unforeseen emergencies. Check out worldnomads.com or your favorite travel insurance company.
- When is the event?
We’ll start at 6 pm on Wednesday, April 10th, and wrap up at 4 pm on Friday, April 12th. You want to be here for every minute, so make sure you’re here on Wednesday afternoon, and don’t book your return flight until 6:00 pm on Friday (or later!). If you want to stay over Friday night, book one of the many hotels near the Vancouver airport or downtown area.
- Can I bring an associate, partner, or my spouse?
Yes, they can stay with you and enjoy the city, but there are no activities or spousal parts of the event. We suggest that they join you on Friday and that both of you stay for a weekend getaway in Vancouver.
- How much time will Cameron Herold spend with us?
He will be with you the entire 2.5 days.
- Can I stay in touch with the office by bringing my laptop, cell, etc?
We can’t stop you from opening your laptop at the end of the day. But you will be 100% disconnected during the event itself. Quite frankly, this is the perfect time to truly disconnect and re-energize yourself, without bringing the office along. Put up an out of office notification and plan to grow!
- Is this tax deductible?
As with all business related trips, this one should be tax deductible! However, we aren’t tax experts, so talk to yours.
