Meditating at 10,000 feet in a cave, I became more clear than ever on the most effective approach to grow your company in the modern age.
My Vision for this COO Connect event is to empower you and your team with some of the practices I learned from the monks at the 14th-century Phajoding Monastery. With these lessons, you will grow your company and yourself to new heights.

Members will present on areas they are stuck in business and their personal lives, so we can share experiences to help them grow through these struggles.
Member presentations by your peers (many of whom are industry leaders) will allow you to assist each other in your growth, and learn how vulnerability can also be a strength.
Multiple Group
Breakout Sessions
Members will connect with peers of similar-sized companies, and with similar issues to grow together and build strong relationships, they will leverage for years to come.
You’ll be placed in small breakout groups - with 5 of your fellow COOs. Over the course of the event, you’ll have the opportunity to share and get feedback on some of your biggest life and business challenges (and provide feedback to the other COOs in your group).
Engaging Group Discussions
Led by our founder Cameron Herold, members will share the wisdom learned in breakouts and self-work to help each other grow.
These sessions will be an exploration into self-inquiry led by Cameron, an experienced COO with over 30 years of experience and training. Our group discussions and exercises will help you uncover some of your biggest blocks toward living life & leading people fully and authentically.

We will use a number of worksheets and tools during the event that you’ll be able to take back to your company to use with your employees, leadership team, and family members.

Who are the keynote speakers?
We’re not telling! It’s about the work you’ll do, not who is speaking to you - but you’ll love the speakers too.
Who can come?
COO Alliance Members (with a discounted rate), and vetted, non-member COOs and other seconds in command who do min $5M in revenue (they often make up 25% of the attendees).
How much does it cost?
Current COO Alliance Members $4,950 (Previous events were $6,300) Past COO Alliance Members and Non-Members $5,850 (Previous events were $7,300)
Is there a discount if I sign up early?
There is! If you are one of the first 20 to reserve your spot and pay in full, we'll pick up your room during the event! That's right - we'll pay for 2 nights at Mountain Shadows Resort (approximate value $1,000+).
What if I'm local and don't want to stay at the resort?
If you're local to the Phoenix area, we still strongly encourage you to stay at the hotel - the connection time with other COOs is so worth it! You're welcome to stay at your home and commute in each day, but you'll lose out on the offer.
Where is the event?
We’ll be hosted at the luxurious and beautiful Mountain Shadows Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ. Minutes from the Sky Harbor Phoenix airport, the resort is nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain. The weather in Phoenix in April can’t be beat - lots of sunshine with highs in the mid 80s.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
All event purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued.
- Cancel before March 26, 2023 - Enjoy a $2,475 credit towards a future event or annual membership renewal
- Cancel after March 26, 2023 - 100% forfeiture of your event cost

When is the event?
We’ll start at 6pm on Wednesday, April 26 and wrap up at 4pm on Friday, April 28. You want to be here for every minute, so make sure you’re here on Wednesday afternoon and don’t book your return flight until 5:30pm on Friday (or later!)
Can I bring an associate, partner, or my spouse?
Sure, but we suggest that they join you on Friday and both of you stay for a weekend getaway. They’re welcome to join you during the week to sight see around Phoenix or to enjoy the resort, but none of the event activities are partner friendly - and you won’t want to miss any of them.
How much time will Cameron Herold spend with us?
He will be with you the entire 2.5 days.
Can I stay in touch with the office by bringing my laptop, cell, etc?
We can’t stop you from opening your laptop at the end of the day. But you will be 100% disconnected during the event itself. Quite frankly, this is the perfect time to truly disconnect and re-energize yourself, without bringing the office along. Put up an out of office notification and plan to grow!
Is this tax deductible?
As with all business related trips, this one should be tax deductible! However, we aren’t tax experts, so talk to yours.
