Guest Speakers will take us on an inward growth journey as leaders helping us to be stronger in leading ourselves, our people, and our companies.
Members will present on areas they are stuck in business and their personal lives, so we can share experiences to help them grow through these struggles.
Member presentations by your peers (many of whom are industry leaders) will allow you to assist each other in your growth, and learn how vulnerability can also be a strength.
Members will connect with peers of similar-sized companies, and with similar issues to grow together and build strong relationships, they will leverage for years to come.
You’ll be placed in small breakout groups - with 5 of your fellow COOs. Over the course of the event, you’ll have the opportunity to share and get feedback on some of your biggest life and business challenges (and provide feedback to the other COOs in your group).
Led by our founder Cameron Herold, members will share the wisdom learned in breakouts and self-work to help each other grow.
These sessions will be an exploration into self-inquiry led by Cameron, an experienced COO with over 30 years of experience and training. Our group discussions and exercises will help you uncover some of your biggest blocks toward living life & leading people fully and authentically.
We will use a number of worksheets and tools during the event that you’ll be able to take back to your company to use with your employees, leadership team, and family members.

If you're local to the Phoenix area, we still strongly encourage you to stay at the hotel - the connection time with other COOs is so worth it! You're welcome to stay at your home and commute in each day, but you'll lose out on the offer.
We’ll be hosted at the luxurious and beautiful Mountain Shadows Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ. Minutes from the Sky Harbor Phoenix airport, the resort is nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain. The weather in Phoenix in April can’t be beat - lots of sunshine with highs in the mid 80s.

We’ll start at 6pm on Wednesday, April 26 and wrap up at 4pm on Friday, April 28. You want to be here for every minute, so make sure you’re here on Wednesday afternoon and don’t book your return flight until 5:30pm on Friday (or later!)
Sure, but we suggest that they join you on Friday and both of you stay for a weekend getaway. They’re welcome to join you during the week to sight see around Phoenix or to enjoy the resort, but none of the event activities are partner friendly - and you won’t want to miss any of them.
He will be with you the entire 2.5 days.
We can’t stop you from opening your laptop at the end of the day. But you will be 100% disconnected during the event itself. Quite frankly, this is the perfect time to truly disconnect and re-energize yourself, without bringing the office along. Put up an out of office notification and plan to grow!
