I love this podcast! I’m early on the road to executive level leadership and this really gives my brain the workout it needs.
The host is excellent at pulling out the stories and the nitty-gritty that the Operators go through in their lives, careers, and on a daily basis.
I remember thinking about two years ago that it’d be awesome to have a study presented on how these people spend their time. I found a few, but this is such a better idea that this podcast solves: Let them tell you themselves.
Hint: If you really want a brain workout, jump back and forth between this one and the CMO podcast.

It’s so nice to hear real life stories from other COOs who have been there and experienced the same dilemmas, and Cameron’s advice is spot on.

I’ve learned so much practical information through these podcasts. Cameron Herold has done a great job choosing smart and experienced COOs who generously share their wins as well as their struggles. The COOs share actual systems and processes that have been effective – it’s not just general ideas that are shared, instead it’s concrete systems that are used. Can’t wait for the next one!!
