Therefore, we ask that our members meet these two strict, but reasonable criteria:

The applicant must have a team of full-time employees or the equivalent under his or her control.

Contractors engaged on a commission basis rather than straight salary are only considered employees if they’re connected to the corporation, and receive their principal salary from the corporation.

  • Annual revenue or run rate based on projections of $5MM.


  • Have raised $5MM or more in Equity or Debt financing.

Above all, we’re looking for COOs who are truly Second-in-Command, committed to learning & growing, and looking for a mastermind to connect with their peers.
